Nicole was absolutely amazing. She helped us get into a position to buy when it seemed impossible for us. She was patient with us and assertive with our seller/builder. She did not let us give up and helped us find the perfect home for our family. She kept us informed throughout the entire escrow process and even helped us with our walk through and with some of the processes after closing. We are incredibly grateful for Nicole and so in love with our new home!

Great Experience

Nicole was very nice and helpful. She drove two hours from her home to show me the house via FaceTime since I was out of state. She made this stressful situation go smoothly and was always in contact letting me know what was going on. This was our first house, so I wasn’t sure how exactly things worked but she made it easy.

Nicole Carpio was amazing!! She was such a great realtor! She talked w us and then she went to work! Steamed us in the right direction!! She’s a gem!!! I don’t plan on moving again, but if I do I will ONLY use Nicole!!!
